We love pork – ribs, shoulder, belly, crackling and of course bacon….
The Moonshine BBQ pork rub is not like the pork rubs you usually get with a thousand different ingredients. We’ve kept it down to make sure the flavour of the pork shines through along with smoky paprika and peppery notes.
It even makes your crackling taste amazing.

More please.... Living in Southern California and travelling to the BBQ mecca's across the U.S. Texas, Memphis, KC, Louisiana etc I've tried many and for smoked baby backs this is the best I've ever found. Amazingly unique. Complements without overpowering with salt or spicy heat (like the KC rub fanatics). Smoking with mesquite wood using the 3-2-1 method with a bit of beer and butter the Moonshine pork rub crisps nicely on the surface and low & slow permeates the smoke ring mixing with the natural juices of the meat and come out falling off the bone with savory taste bud ecstasy all things good about baby backs - totally BOMB!! Although I'd never do it myself, I will serve Rudolph's bbq sauce on the side for the western snob Yank guest palate and all ultimately agree, better naked with just this rub. Started out as my secret weapon but now I just can't wait until they ask so I can see the "deer-in-the-headlights" look on their faces when I tell them it's from Australia, of course now everyone wants. Congrat's to Moonshine for finding what I consider the best blend of spice for pork ribs evah!!!! Next up is the beef rub on some smoked tri-tips this weekend, can't wait!!
